Director of Staff Development
St. John's Retirement Village, Inc. is a non-profit organization which serves the Elderly. We are currently seeking a Director of Staff Development for our 5-star, AHCA Bronze award winning Skilled Nursing Facility (48 beds).
The DSD's primary function is to plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the facility education program in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Also, including all other duties associated with the role of DSD.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the long term care environment; a current CPR certification and a California Licensed Vocational Nurse license is required; a Director of Staff Development Certificate is preferred.
