St. John’s Retirement Village’s ten-acre landscaped campus—founded in 1964 for senior residents— is undertaking a large-scale campaign to reduce energy and water consumption. By lowering operational costs, we pass savings on to our residents. As a nonprofit, these savings are reinvested directly back into making life better and more affordable for our seniors.
