COURTYARD APARTMENTS include a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, countertop, sink and storage area), full bathroom, heating/air conditioning, closet space, outdoor patio, on-campus laundry facilities, a parking space and are located on our 10-acre gated campus.

SJRV - The Cottages

EACH COTTAGE includes a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, counter top, sink and storage area), full bathroom, heating/air conditioning, closet space, outdoor patio area, power/water/garbage, on-campus laundry facilities, a reserved parking space and is situated on our lovely 10-acre gated campus.

SJRV - The Lodge

IMAGINE THE LODGE as your new home—a spacious apartment with a resort-style community room, along with inviting patios and gardens. We are now accepting applications for seniors interested in making The Lodge their home.

The SJRV Resident Agreement includes:

Water, sewer, garbage and utilities.

There are no HOA or membership fees.

St. John's Retirement Village offers a neighborhood setting with walking paths amidst gardens.


The security deposit is the same amount as one monthly rental rate.

Each resident has their own Individual USPS mail box.

Concierge services are available to help you access local resources.
